We are a regulated infrastructure layer for onchain capital markets. We believe institutional participation requires compliance, custody, and liquidity to work together natively.

We built in direct dialogue with regulators, before conditions allowed execution.

Built with regulators.
Not around them.

LICENSING PATHWAY

From sandboxes to licensed infrastructure.

Monee is progressing toward a combined Digital Securities Depository (DSD) and Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) model under the UK Digital Securities Sandbox framework.

In parallel, we are targeting authorization as a DLT Trading and Settlement System under the EU DLT Pilot Regime.

Sandbox participation is not the destination. Licensing is.
